THE JOB:
As a Computer Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting software/ hardware failures and identifying network problems when they relate to personal computers.
You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Break-fix for desktop, printer, point of sale, tablet, and wireless devices Work on hardware/software issues on company-supported devices Track work time, update ticket status, and resolutions Work on projects as assigned Create/update documentation as necessary THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
